BroVis Wireless Networks, a broadband wireless systems provider, is in the process of getting $3-million funding from venture capital firms, led by silicon Valley-based Parakletos@ Ventures. The deal is expected to close in two weeks.

Mr.Muthu Logan, CEO of BroVis, said the company would use the funds to expand further in Indian subcontinent and other nearby regions. BroVis develops broadband wireless access systems and solutions for outdoor and specialized indoor applications. It has made over 500 installations so far, Mr. Logan said.
