To place calls through Enjoy Prepaid:
Dial one of their access numbers. If you call from a registered phone number then follow the following procedure:
Domestic calls: Enter 1+ destination number
International calls: Enter 011 + country code + city code + destination number
If you call from an unregistered phone number, then enter your assigned PIN. After that you can follow the following procedure:
Domestic calls: Enter 1+ destination number
International calls: Enter 011 + country code + city code + destination number
You don't have to worry about local access numbers. All their customers access the service with a toll-free 800 number.
Call center
The call center is staffed with highly-trained customer service and tech support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be provided with the toll free customer support phone number in an email after you enroll.
Need not to notify your current phone company:
You do not need to notify your phone company of your choice to use Enjoy Prepaid because you access Enjoy Prepaid via a toll free access number.
Monthly Fee:
This is typically a $4.00 - $10.00 charge per month.
Connection fees:
Enjoy Prepaid does NOT charge any connection fees.
Minute Rounding:
Enjoy Prepaid offers four plans with different rounding options. The LOW RATE PLAN has 5 minute rounding in that case offers the absolute lowest domestic and international rates. The POWER PLAN features 2-minute rounding in that case slightly higher rates are charged. The EZ PLAN rounds to one minute and has no maintenance fees. The ONE SECOND PLAN charges you for exactly the number of seconds you use.
How to use Enjoy Pre-paid?
Well if you want to use Enjoy Prepaid then at first you have to sign up and you will get a confirmation email. That email explains that one of their customer service reps will be contacting you to verify your order. Once you have spoken to their customer service rep, you will receive a second email that activates your account.
